Some tools on the website require a username and password, but even those tools are free to use. Sometimes users get stuck and need some help. In most cases, SAVI staff can help you out for free. For example, if you need help finding some data, using the website, or figuring out how to get started, we can usually get you going down the right path without any charge. If you need our help in a big way (e.g., making a custom map, performing in-depth analysis, or some other type of project or consulting that will take a lot of our staff's time), then we need to charge for our time to do the work. Once we learn more about what you need, we will provide you a written estimate in advance.
